What does red itchy dry skin near the scrotum indicate? so on the right side of my scrotum has been red for over two months now and only itches at night ... iv had little zits on my thigh that after popping the area is still red around it some of the skin ...

Most likely this is fungal infection (tinea cruris). After confirming, this can be treated with topical anti-fungal creams. Your doctor will guide in this. You can take antihistamines like Levocetirizine once daily to relieve itching till then.
