What Does Rectal Bleeding After Eating Meat Suggest?
Hello. I m a 60 yr old male. We had hamburgers on the grill Weds night. The hamburger meat had been sitting out all day. Appox 4 hours after eating, blood began pouring out of my rectum. I have had bouts of hemmorhoids, but nothing close to this! It has abated somewhat, but has continued even now.

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids exacerbation or a distal big instine disorder ( inflammation, a tumor, etc).
Is the blood pure blood, or mixed with the stool?
I would recommend consulting as soon as possible with a garstroenterologist for a careful physical examination and a GI endoscopy.
You should know that if the hemorrhage continues too long, it can lead to anemia.
