What Does "small Polypoid Mucosal Thickening At Right Maxillary And Dns" Mean?

hi. I have a MRI report with below message...
1) focal atrophy at left temporal lobe with minimal gliosis-likely to previous traumatic insult.
2) small polypoidal mucosal thickening at right maxillary and DNS.

please comment on this and tell me its effects.

1. thinning at left maxillary bone.
2. small growth of mucous at right maxilla and deviated nasal septum
