Welcome to health care magic.

1.In case of patients with tuberculosis of spine - the above findings like vertebral body destruction with infective changes are seen.
2.In complicated not healing cases the complete compression of the vertebral bodies are seen.
3.It is called potts spine - with gibbus deformity. The treatment should be started as soon as possible before it gets complicated.
4.The pain in the legs and knee are due to the radiating pain.
5.The pain is radiating as the nerve at the infective level could be compressing the root and foramen indentation.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
