Latest urine report indicates improvement in your condition.
Improvement in UTI is indicated by occasional presence of pus cells.Earlier it was 8-9 in number.
Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells.It is very common and is not concerning.
You should continue antibiotics for 10 more days as advised by your doctor.
