Hello and welcome to the HealthcareMagic!

Your symptoms suggest towards gastric reflux disease.

For your condition Rabeprazole 20 mg can be prescribed for two weeks

Avoid gastric irritants like excess spicy foods, smoking, soft drinks, stress, etc.

Stress should be reduced by yoga, meditation, etc as it is related to irritable bowel syndrome

Endoscopy should be performed if symptoms persist.

Hope this solves your concern.

Take care
