What Does Pain On The Fingertips Indicate?

ive used iv injected drugs in the past. whatever it took to get thaty nasty into my system is what I did. I am 246 days using a MAP program using Subutex. The issue is that in the past i would use my wrist to shoot into at times I would hit that nerve and holy crap! instand swelling of my hand and lets say first three fingers and the pain was unbelievable! problem is that the right hand where this pain in the past was has turned purple, ok that has backed off all but the forefinger tip and the very tip of my thumb. if im up moving around my blod somwhat circulates better. but now for the last couple days the healing has slowed significantly. this wakes mr up at night with pain in my forefinger tip and I have to rum slighlty warm water over it to get it to stop hurting enoghto go back to sleep for an hour or two then back up. seems i might have a blood clot. ??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is cervical spondylosis. Kindly do X-ray neck or MRI neck after the consultation for confirmation. You can take tablet Pregabalin and multivitamin. Use cervical collar after consultation. Do physiotherapy as advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
