What Does Pain In The Vagina Indicate?

On Friday I noticed the bottom right of my vagina would hurt so I asked my husband to look at it. He said it looks like a pimple or a boil. At first it didn t hurt as much but now every time I urinate it hurts when it lands on it. When I shower I m okay and throughout the day the pain isn t bad unless I m touching it a lot ? I mean is still hard tonsleepnn sit... no weird smell or disscharge. I recently started taking birth control btw. What could this be ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
it could be small bartholin cyst and it should be checked by a gynaecologist or surgeon to decide if it needs to be operated upon ..or second option is that it is a simple boil ...infection of hairbulb..dat will resolve with short course of antibiotics and pain killers...
