General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello,
It may be an anal fissure or hemorrhoid. Get examined by a doctor. He may try a sitz bath. Ask him to increase fluid intake to avoid constipation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
