Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it may need detailed motor and sensory system examination of upper lb to rule out any signs of nerve damage and may also need nerve conduction studies to confirm that as surgery can cause such associated side effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
