What Does Numbness In The Hands And Feet Indicate?

Hi! Sorry for the bother. I’ve got parts of my feet and hands that are going numb and then sometimes parts will feel like pins and needles, also I loose control of my hands and dishes will just slip right out, I also have quite a few body twitches that are getting worse and more pronounced in my legs and feet, my hands shake badly and just now the inner compartment of my right ear is oozing blood that pools in the outer curb of my ear. I’m having to get a new tissue to soak up my blood and this has never happened to me before. Could you please at least tell me what kind of doctor I should see? My pcp has done some bldwk but nothing so far and I have a history of Parkinson’s Disease.
