Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest a density seen in the right infra clavicle region which is considered as old healed granuloma.
2.Old healed granulomas are the trace of the previous infection which was healed and left a trace of calcified area.
3.They can be remained for decades with no changes, however the location mention is most prone area for the tuberculosis.
4.Also suspicion of old healed tuberculosis can not be ruled out. If you are symptomatic further HRCT - high resolution computer tomography is recommended to rule out active infection.
5.Rest of the findings mentioned in the report appears to be normal.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
