Periitubal spillage of contrast is noted bilaterally. No free intraperitoneal air spillage of contrast is seen from either tube. IMPRESSION: Left-sided hydrosalpinx. Periitubal spillage of contrast is noted bilaterally without free intraperitoneal air spillage of contrast from either fallopian tube. A few tiny persistent filling defects identified along the lower endometrial margin , most likely air bubbles as recent ultrasound showing no abnormility of endometrium.

Infertility Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Hydrosalpinx suggest your tubes are damaged.

2) Your tubes seem to be unhealthy and blocked.

3) Please see an IVF specialist and discuss options of undergoing IVF.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Regards,
Dr. Mahesh Koregol
