What Does My Urine Test Report Suggest?

hi doctor...i have severe pain in left upper abdomen...my urine test report says OLOUR TURBID YELLOW AMBER ACID...ALBUMIN FAINT HAZY...DEPOSIT PUS CELLS 5 PER HPF,RBC 2 PER HPF,EPI CELLS 4 PER HPF...is urinary track infection is the reason for my pain or else?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your urine report is completely normal except presence of the albumin.
You have no urinary tract infection.
Slight presence of the albumin could be due to diabetes and hypertension glomerulosclerosis, autoimune involvement of the kidney, severe dehydration, damage to glomeulus membrane.
So I would suggest to go for USG scan and urine culture to rule out any cause related to kidney
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry/orange/pineapple, take healthy diet, tablet ibuprofen, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
