General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the ultrasound indicates polycystic ovarian syndrome, the management of which is a multi modality approach. Salient features of management:
- Maintain body weight and cholesterol level (as obesity is the leading cause and concern of PCOS)
- Avoidance of smoking if consuming
- Regular hormone therapy to induce ovulation without failure
- Periodic evaluation by ultrasound so far as the cyst size and number are concerned

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
