What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I have heavy periods I have had two scans ultrasound in Jan and march shows a bulky fibroid uterus with a thickness of 5.9mm both ovaries show complex changes , I have just been back to the gynaecology clinic had a examination vulva and vagina are normal and no adnexal masses felt , going to have hysteroscopy endometrial biopsy and insertion of Morena coil . I am worried

* The ultrasound report with endometrial thickness of 5.9 mm and bulky fibroid uterus (though size of fibroid is of great significance, the information is not available here to comment) suggestive of benign pathology changes.

* IUD in form of Morena coil consists of Levonorgestrel (Progestin-only) is a small plastic T shape device and provides contraception for 5 years through its actions.

Along with that, a great advantage for your condition is to reduce the adenomyosis issue of the uterus over a period of time.

* So get Mirena inserted after endometrial biopsy without hesitation and I would like to assist further after the biopsy report is available as per your desire to discuss ahead.
