What Does My Ultrasound Report Suggest About My Chances Of Conceiving?

Am 30yrs and unmarried. My USS report said my uterus is non gravid, anterated and anteflexed. It harbours an oval shaped intramural anterior myometrial mass of mixed echo texture that measures 2.4- 2.7cm. Please can you explain to me to understand it well. Hope it won t cause me infertility because I want to have a baby soon. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, the ultrasonography report is normal one an it does not indicates any sign of infertility so no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
