What Does My Trans-vaginal Ultrasound Result Indicate?

Transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound shows uterus is midline and within normal limits for size. The endometrial echoes are homogenous. Thee is 2*1.6*1.1cm mass like area of posterior fundus consistent with an intramural leiomyoma. There is 2*1.9*1.2cm simple left ovarian cyst. But I have pain in the lower most abdomen on and off with bloating. I am 36 years

Pain can be due to pelvic inflammatory disease. Pain may be not associated with leiomyoma and cyst.
