Hi,
In my opinion, all your report of stool examination seems normal except for
RBC count. Normally, there should not be any RBC in the stools. Therefore, presence of RBC's in stool, however small, should be investigated properly for the cause of bleeding and treated accordingly.
Any inflammatory intestinal condition, neoplasia of digestive tract (Benign or malignant), condition of
hemorrhoid, polyps etc. may give rise to RBC's in stool which need a proper investigation & treatment accordingly, if needed.
Also, some times, presence of parasites etc. can not be ruled out just with one sample being negative, rather at least periodic 3 samples being negative, may be labeled as negative for parasites.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
