General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Compare your semen report with normal semen analysis:
Ejaculate volume: 2 to 6 mL ____________3____Normal
Liquifaction time: 20-30 minutes__________1 hour ____increased
Total Sperm count:40-300 million________52 million__normal
motile sperm : >42 %______ ___65___normal
Morphology: 4% or more______10 % abnormal _____normal
Pus cell: up to 5 ____________2-4_________normal

So you have increased liquefaction time.
It may be due to infection in prostate, UTI, defect seminal and accessory sexual gland. (Should be confirmed by urine preporting, USG scan of pelvis, transrectal USG, semen culture )
I would suggest to undergo post coital test.
In pct if sperms are capable to reach cervical mucus then no treatment is required.
Infection should be treated by proper antibiotic.
Avoid stress, do regualr exercise like walking and yoga,
Avoid excessive sweet, smoking and alcohol.
Eat antioxidant rich item: fresh fruits, almonds and dry fruits, tablet Co Q, green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of water and high protein diet.
Hope this may help you
