Your liver has enlarged due to increased fat deposits. It is called fatty liver. It occurs due to reversible injury to liver. So you have to be careful Herr after. Reduce your eating of oil food items, avoid alcohol too much of alcohol can destroy your liver, cautiously use drugs that may damage liver like paracetamol.

If you are obese try to reduce you weight through proper diet and work out. Eat lots of green leafy vegetable and fruits avoid junkfoods and carbonated drinks.

Other organs are normal.
