What Does My Following Medical Report Indicate?

What does this mean? What fruit would be the size if these fibroids? RESULT: The uterus measures approximately 8.2 x 5.5 x 6.9 cm. There are
multiple fibroids present. The largest is present within the anterior
fundus and measures approximately 2.2 x 2.2 x 2.1 cm. In addition,
within the left posterior fundus fundus is a second approximately 1.2 x
1.2 x 1.5 cm fibroid. Within the right posterior fundus, there is an
approximately 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1 cm fibroid. Multiple other small fibroids

1.The report and measurements suggest uterus is bulky.
2.There are multiple fibroids seen in different locations of the uterus.
3.Largest measuring about 2 cm anterior funds region. Compared with fruits some where around two grapes size.
4.Treatment in this case is hormonal initially with followup scans.
5.Depending on the age and reproductive status - hysterectomy is treatment of choice.
