General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

According to this endoscopic biopsy, there is nothing much to worry apart from features of gastritis. There is no features of cancerous changes or abnormal cells.

You can take over the counter available antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for few months and a follow-up endoscopy may be done to assess the response. Avoid spicy food as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
