What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I had recent routine blood tests. All came back normal apart from gamma gluten something which was flagged at 92. I am 59, 172cm tall weigh 72.8kgs and reasonably fit. However I do Vale, have hi blood pressure controlled with lercanidipine and was to be honest, recently drinking too much, say half a bottle of red and a couple of stiff whiskies at night. Have cut out weeknight drinking now am cutting right back on spirits.....should that be enough do you think?
