What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

These are the results from my MRI Arthrogram. What does it mean and is surgery the likely result? BONES/JOINTS: Mild superolateral joint space narrowing. No acute fracture or evidence of avascular necrosis. Diffuse chondral thinning. Anterolateral 1.5 mm cartilage defect at the labral/articular junction, adjacent small superolateral acetabular subchondral cyst. Degenerative subcortical cysts at the lateral femoral head and anterolateral head/neck junction, spanning 7 x 8 x 14 mm. Additional degenerative subcortical cysts at the more inferior femoral head/neck junction, measuring 7 and 9 mm. Incidental 7.5 mm T2 signal at the intertrochanteric region, likely represents a radiographically occult enchondroma. TENDONS/LIGAMENTS: Mild distal gluteus medius tendinosis with low-grade partial-thickness tear. LABRUM: 1.5 mm cartilage defect at the labral/articular junction. Degenerative signal at the adjacent anterosuperior labrum. MUSCLES: Otherwise unremarkable. SOFT TISSUES: Unremarkable Impression: 1. Mild right hip osteoarthritis with subcortical cysts, consistent with cam-type femoral acetabular impingement. 2. Anterosuperior 1.5 mm labral-articular full-thickness cartilage defect. Adjacent nondisplaced degenerative labral tear. 3. Mild distal gluteus medius tendinosis with low-grade partial-thickness tear.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Elevated SGPT levels show impaired liver function. I think the supplements he was taking may have damaged the liver.
Of course this is something to be concerned.
Also this may contribute to his psychosis.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
