What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

My sister had an MRI for shoulder pain at the ortho office, it showed enlarged lymph nodes and red blood cells in her bone marrow. Her primary MD made her an appointment with a heme/onc doctor to follow up with the results. This all happened in less than a week. I m going with her tomorrow. Not sure what it may be. Lymphoma? Breast cancer?

Thank you for you question.
Enlarged lymph node show that there is a disease in the lymph nodes since it's not normal have the lymph node enlarged
The red blood cells on the narrow may infucste that there are increased proliferation in the none marrow
There are two diffential diagnosis

Lymphoma
The fact that you have been booked in Heam/ Onco clinic you are in the right direction
It's better to wait till the doctors does other investigation to confirm the diagnosis.
