What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Hi. I had a pelvis MRI and wasnt sure what a few of the findings meant and if they are significant. I have been "sick" for a few years and the reasons are still in question.
-uterus
-diffusely decreased t2 signal
-multiple subendometry t3 hyperintrnse foci/cyst
-nabothian cyst

Left ovary unsure if able to identify

Prominant bilateral external iliac lymph nodds

Trace physiologick free fluid

9mm t2 hepatic lesion (in past was "too small to identify" and multiple and another one in past said it was 6mm)

Thank you in advance,

Michelle
