Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a disc between the vertebral bodies helps as a shock absorber effect, the disc contains maximum percentage of water, due to degenerative changes when the water content / hydration is lost the disc slips / bulges.
2.There is diffuse disc bulge at the level of L3-4 vertebrae which is causing the pressure effect on the spinal chord.
3.Similar condition at the level of L4-5 causing pressure effect on the spinal chord left more than right.
4.Treatment in this case includes back exercises followed by physiotherapy, generally helps.
5.When they are not helpful - interventional / operative treatment is done.

Good luck.
