IN MY BRAIN MRI IT IS WRITTEN " MULTIPLE T2 AND FLAIR SUBCORTICAL HYPER INTENSITY IN BILATERAL HIGH PARIETAL REGION WITH EVIDENCE OF SLOW FLOW IN CORTICAL VEINS SUGGESTIVE OF OLD VENOUS INFARCT " PL expalin what it indicates and wht may be treatment
1.The report suggest that T2 and FLAIR subcortical hyper intensity in bilateral high parietal region - features of infarct ( venous occlusion ). 2.That means there is a block in the venous channel with chronic process. 3.The treatment includes thrombo-lysis medication. 4.Treatment depends upon the underlying medical conditions ( hypertensive, diabetes and any systemic causes. 5.Some times similar symptoms seen in the age related cases.
