What Does Mucosal Thickening In Sphenoid Sinus As Shown In MRI Mean?

In report of MRI brain plane shows sphunoid sinses show mucosal thickening. The patient feels light pain in left side of head and severe cold, please advice medicine? Sir, i m pakistani and flood victm and do not pay charges for consultation. Please advice medincine.

Based on the description that you have given, it seems that you have a sinus infection. This is shown because of you have mucosal thickening which is indicative of the sinusitis. Here are a few things that you can try to help you:
Inhale steam mixed with eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take 1 tablet of Cetirizine 10 mg every night to help
Also, drink lots of water

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
