hello user , the sperm count in the report is normal , however sperms motiliy is decreased as also the liquefication time with presence of pus cells and rbc's in semen indicate towards possible infection of internal structure which procuce and store semen - it can be treated with antibiotics if confirmed by some further tests like sperm culture -sensitivity and hopefully then your parameters may improve - consult any good reproductive endocrnologist/ fertility specialist for evaluation and treatment. hope i answered your query - if satisfied please rate the answer
