What Does Motile Sperm To Be 0%(a+b) From Sperm Analysis Indicate?
Hi Doctor, I have recently done the semen analysis and found that motile sperm to be 0% (a+b). It was 20% a three months back. Is such a huge variation is common or any thing serious. Further, this time there is a presence of mild infection with pus cells. Please advise me.

Motile sperms are very important to fertilise the egg. With out it difficult to became father. Normal motility range is 5-40 million)ml. Some times the semen analysis took much time after sample collection or improper mixing of dilution may lead to problems. Please consult with your fertility specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
