What Does Moderate Dense Glandular Tissue Present With Mild Asymmetry In Breast Mean?

I had a mammogram and need to go back for further testing the reports states Moderate dense glandular tissue present with mild asymmetry. Nodular asymmetry present on the right MLO a cyst or mass also present on the left breast is this something to be concerned about? Thank You

It requires further evaluation by Ultrasound Guided Fine needle aspiration cytology. Any dominant mass or cyst loke lesion requires further evaluation.
