Hello,

You are suffering from loose stools with bad odor and burning sensation during bowel movement. Loose stools with bad odor are indicative of malabsorption, when the body is unable to absorb the proper amount of nutrients from the food you eat. It can be due to food allergies, carbohydrate intolerance, dairy protein intolerance, IBD, Crohn's disease, celiac disease, etc.

Infections or gastroenteritis causes such symptoms. You should maintain proper hygiene while handling foods. Take low FODMAP diet, it will give relieve, if you are suffering from IBS you will be much relieved. You are also having burning sensation when passing stool, avoid eating oily-spicy food, be gentle while cleaning, over cleaning may cause this. Persistent burning pain in the anus can be hemorrhoids, fissures or some other problem which have to be diagnosed.

Maintain good hygiene in the rectum. Do not rub the area vigorously since it may worsen the symptom. Apply pain relieving ointment like Anusol on the area affected. Take acetaminophen, one SOS when required for relief. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get stool test (R/E and C/S), other required tests done to rule out hemorrhoids, fissures, colorectal cancer, etc. Your treatment will depend on the diagnosis made.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
