General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
According to NABL laboratory
Normal ALT level is : 21-72 IU/ml (male), 9-52 IU/ml (female)
It is significant when level rise 3-5 fold higher and associated with abnormal other lipid panel tests.
So According to my opinion, 58 value should not be concerned.

Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male).
Hypouricemia is rarely due to an underlying medical condition.
Otherwise is benign condition, It is associated with most of vegetarian diet.
It rarely associated with hyperthyroidism, wilson disease, fanconi syndrome, nephritis.

So your value should be correlated with your specific symptoms present and with other investigations.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you
