What Does It Mean To Have Pus Cells In Urinalysis While Suffering From Fever?

My daughter is 11 years old, we just got her Urine Routine Examination, as she had fever since 3 days .
Below is the report:
Urine Routine Examination
Physical Examination
Appearance Urine Clear
Specimen Volume Urine 20 mL
Colour Urine Pale Yellow
Chemical Examination
Urine Albumin Absent
Glucose Urine Absent
pH Urine 6.5
Specific Gravity Urine 1.030
Microscopic Examination
Epithelial Cells in Urine Present: 2-4/hpf
Pus Cells in Urine 2-3/hpf
RBC in Urine Absent
Is there anythig to worry ?

Hi.
This reports looks near normal as there are always chances to find out a pus cells in urine of a girl child. This does not look significant to me .
Even a single dose of an antibiotic taken before the urine test can show reduced or no pus cells in urine although the patient may be suffering from UTI.
I would advise you to see a pediatrician as 3 days is a bit more time to waste more, and get other tests also done as may be suggested by the Pediatrician.
