What Does It Mean To Have Broad-based Protrusion Without Spinal Canal Stenosis With Focal Fluid?
I have a broad-based protusion at the L5-S1 level without associated spinal canal stenosis. Focal fluid signal at the right paracentral portion of the disc protusion, indicating an annular tear. Right ovarian follicles are seen. What does this mean?
Hi ! I read carefully your query. Broad - based protrusion at L5-S1 is degenerative disease of spine who need to treat with pain killers and sport like swimming ( without gravity) will help you but you may go at a rheumatologist for best treatment. Ovarian follicles is normally seen in fertile women in ovulatory phase.
Wishing you all best.
