General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The whole narration of the query contains only report evaluation rather than any clinical symptoms with which one can co relate and guide accordingly. However, I can suggest that the report is not indicative of grave damage to the spinal cord requiring any surgical correction at present and a fair trial of conservative approach with:
- Weight reduction if obese
- Assisted physiotherapy
- Avoidance of weight lifting or heavy exercises
- Control of blood sugar, cholesterol, calcium homeostasis
- Better analgesic coverage for pain relief
- Regular follow up with your doctor

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
