What Does Intrauterine Gestation Mean?

i m 26 yrs old. Height 5.6 weight 48 kgs.my last period was 3/6/2011. i went for ultra sound today. result is Single live intra uterine gestation of 13-14 weeks duration, in variable presentation.
placenta anterior segments
grade 0 maturity
amniotic fluid is adequate
is everything is normal. please let me know.

Hi, I have gone through your question. The ultrasound findings you have mentioned are completely normal.
Single intrauterine gestation sac means that a single fetus is developing in your uterus. 13-14 weeks is the duration of pregnancy.
Placenta is located on the anterior wall of uterus and is still developing, hence grade 0 maturity. Fluid around the foetus is called amniotic fluid and it is normal in your case.
