Hello,

You are having intermittent spotting and you are also bloating after unprotected intercourse. Probably it was during your ovulation time when you and your partner had unprotected intercourse. If you were not on any regular contraception method and did not take emergency contraceptive pills within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse then you can be pregnant.

Intermittent spotting may be a sign of implantation bleeding and bloating is an early sign of pregnancy. You can wait for a couple of days, if you miss your periods then you can get a blood test for pregnancy done. Blood tests are more accurate than urine tests for pregnancy. You can also have an USG (Uterus and Fallopian tube) done to confirm pregnancy / ectopic pregnancy.

Get a per vaginal checkup done to detect bulky uterus. In the meantime you can take antacids to get relief from bloating. Do not skip meals, take small portions multiple times a day. Stay away from addictions, smoking, alcohol, etc. You are suggested to avoid doing any heavy work. If you are pregnant you will be managed accordingly. If not, then the factor causing you symptoms will be treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
