What Does High Fever Along With Vomiting Indicate?

I currently have a fever first day was high in tempreture 2nd day was lower as i could do stuff normally in the morning until lunch i ate 1 piece of chicken wing and vomited into my bin but i could eat salada and drink sunkist fine to cool my body down i had porridge for dinner which was fine but after lunch i felt it being extremely cold even with a blanket i d like to ask what do these conditions dictate me having?

-your symptoms may be related to viruses, bacteria and parasites infection that cause many illnesses like:
1.Upper respiratory infections (sinusits,otitis media or acute tonsillitis)
2.Pneumonia
3.Acute gasteroeneritis
4.Urinary tract infections
-Please drink plenty of water and fruit juices to prevent dehydration, eat light foods, rest and you can take ibuprofen .If your physician suspects that a bacterial infection is causing your fever, he or she will prescribe antibiotics.
