What Does Headache With Rapid Heart Rate & Vomiting Suggest?

I woke up with a headache, not my typical migraine but it was severe and felt as if the pain followed my head movements. I vomited at 7am, 945 and just now. There is nothing in my stomach so it is dry heaves. This last episode there was a lot of phlegm - like I would imagine a cat s fur ball would be like. When it was over, I went to lay down and noticed my heart beating fast and irregular. I took my bp and it was 126 over 86 and my heartbeat was 140. I m afraid of a heart attack. Maybe it s just stomach flu... I m 48 and overweight. I get migraines monthly.

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.
These symptoms indicate attacks of migraine headache.
The treatment is by the use of analgesic drugs and anti-migraine drugs. Prophylactic drugs like flunarizine or propranolol are indicated to prevent recurrent attacks of migraine.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
