What Does 'free Peritoneal Spillage Of Contrast Is Seen Bilaterally'mean?

Hi Doctor
The HSG report has the following comment-
Findings:
The uterine contour is normal.
Both the cornua are normal.
Both the tubes are patent and normal in caliber.
Free peritoneal spillage of contrast is seen bilaterally.
Impression:
Bilateral free peritoneal tubal spill.

What does this mean.., everything is normal??

I really appreciate your concern the spillage means the spreading of area of organ particularly internal area that is best visible when dye spreads up to show the area, and this area gone up to the peritoneal region, hope this information helps you have nice day.
