General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are suggestive of a condition called pleural effusion.

A detailed evaluation is required to find out the cause. Pneumonia and tuberculosis are the two common causes.

Consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation including CT scan and fluid study is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
