What Does Finding Of Transvaginal Ultrasound Mean?
Both ovaries are bulky,nodular,echogenic and showed marked stroamal hpyertrophy multiple ting follicular systs are seen in situ arranged in the periphery (ball of strings appearance). Average cyst size is 5 to 6 mm. Features are consistent PCOD status I wanna know what does this really mean?

Report suggests that you are suffering from poly cystic ovarian disease (PCOD).This is confirmed by bulky ovaries with echogenic stroma and multiple cysts in periphery(ball of strings appearance).
