Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Thank you ...my TSH reading was quite high..21.80 with T4 at 18 and T3 at 4.3...My specialist had said that there had to be a problem with the lab reading although I did have blood tests done 2 times at the same lab. She suggested to wait a month and retake at a different lab. I am scheduled for January 3 to retake blood tests..I have had an ultrasound and was told nodules are same as a year ago...I do not see my specialist until end of January...I have been under extremely high stress...my mom passed away recently and my 93 year old dad is living on his own...I left an abusive husband a year ago, but feel high anxiety. I am a survivor of 9 years of ovarian cancer am raw vegan and prefer to help myself as naturally as possible.. am struggling with everything. I am confident that the anxiety triggered this...I practice qi gong and meditation, but am quite overwhelmed...Is there anything you can suggest with food or natural to help me until I go to my doctor?
