What Does Echo As LVIDd 5.35 & LVIDs 3.74 Suggest?

MY 2 D echo reads as under LVIDd 5.35 LVIDS 3.74 IVS 0.75 PW 0.69 EF 57 % ACS 1.9DE 1.61 cmEF 11.04 cm/secEPSS 0.86 cm AO 3.22LA 3.22 please tell me if there is a real danger of heart attack or any of these parameters are towards danger?

The report (despite some errors in arrangement, while typing) appears there is no major structural and functional problems in the heart chambers. Apparently normal indeed.
Despite this, as per your question, let me tell you that echocardiography cannot tell you if you are in danger of heart attack, it can only assess your heart's function and structure. To assess whether you are prone to ischaemic heart disease (heart attack), you need to get stress test done.
Kindly meet your primary care physician, and he would assess you and let you know which stress test you would probably benefit from, most.
