General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is minor disc bulge in the lower spine. There is also small cysts in the kidney and liver, but they are benign (non cancerous) and thus do not have any clinical significance. Consult a spine surgeon and get evaluated, Drugs like gabapentin will be effective.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
