What Does Diffuse Disc Bulge On MRI Spine Suggest?

What does my spine MRI report mean where it states At L5-S1 there is mild diffuse disc bulge with more focal left foramina disc herniation with extruded disc fragment noted. This is compressing the descending left SI nerve root. Mild Bilateral OA changes noted in both SI joints.
