What Does Defined And Nodular Densities Detected In Right Lung Mean?

Doctor what is than i cannot understand? pleural thickening is seen in both spices I11-defined and nodular densities are detected in the right lung thick-walled cavity is noted in the left upper lobe both hila are tracted superiorly
Heart is not enlarged
Diaphragm and sinuses are nornal

CONSIDER BIL AFTER PTB WITH CAVITATION AND VOLUME LOSS CANNOT RULE OUT CAVITATING NEOPLASM IN THE LEFT UPPER LOBE

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the x ray report you have attached.
This is more suggestive of old, healed, fibrotic lesions due to previous tuberculosis or pneumonia.
Pleural thickening, reduced lung volumes, pulled hila etc are classical features of old lesions.
Cavitory lesions with thin wall suggestive of active disease. But cavitory lesion with thick walls is more likely due to old infection.
So no need to worry much.
Get done sputum examination for AFB (acid fast bacilli - bacteria causing tuberculosis). If this is normal then no need to worry for active tuberculosis and hence no treatment required.
